Derived from Eccleisates 4:12, Faithfully Fit uses the concept of 3 strands in not just out relationships but also the way that both pour our hearts into others as well as replenish our own hearts and minds.
Though one may be overpowered,
two can defend themselves.
A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.

Faith
We all believe in something. The areas that we trust to work toward our ultimate benefit is where we place our FAITH. In the life of faith, our beliefs should impact who we are. It impacts not just how we view others, but how we believe God views us. The first of the 3 strands for Faithfully Fit allows us to believe that God is not an angry judge, but a loving God who does everything he can to reach to us. If God views us that way, then why shouldn’t we use that aspect of faith to reach out to others in the same way?

Fitness
Fitness plays out in our lives in many different ways. Whether it is recreation, competition, sport, lifestyle, or play Faithfully Fit encourages many different expressions of fitness. This is not a club for only one group but rather a place where all find inspiration, support, and encouragement form the many different background and journeys that we all walk. Faithfully Fit is not a fitness plan but a place where we can all share our different levels and triumphs and be supported as we each use fitness to enhance our lives.

Community
Life is not lived alone. In our most difficult moments, however, we typically find ourselves more isolated than at any other point in our lives. We often believe that others won’t understand or we don’t have the words to express how we feel. While each of our backgrounds and journeys are different, we have all experienced deep dark holes that we thought we would never crawl out of. Faithfully Fit began because I (Kyle) was once in a pit that I thought there was no way out of. I thought I was alone, but I never was. Faithfully Fit exists to ensure you never feel that way either.
